I'm a beginner in oyster mushroom business so i need to have tips in proper maintenance of my fruiting bag. How can i have a better production? How often should i water the fruiting bag? Can i add something to the water to prolong the productivity of the fruiting bag? What's the best specification for the storage of the fruiting bag?

Here are two links. The first is really great and should answer most questions. If you have a lot invested you may want to consider one of the available DVDs on the growing project. Hands on is, of course, the best teacher.
