This website baffles me sometimes. Everyday I get a combination of "Violation Notice" and "Congratulations: Your Answer Was Picked as the Best Answer" emails from Yahoo. What am I: Jeckle and Hyde?
In an answer to a "Santa Claus" question, I quoted an ENCYCLOPEDIA ARTICLE about Saint Nicholas, got a Violation Notice for objectionable content, and my answer was deleted! Holy Moley - What's up with that?
I quote the Catholic Catechism one time and get all Thumbs-Down, and the next time I quote it get all Thumbs-Up.
I keep getting people connecting with me who disagree with me 100% . What's up with that?
This place is way out man. Well, I'll just keep saying what I believe, then sit back and freak out at the results.
Anyone else here experience this type of thing?

Your response on Santa Claus obviously offended some twits, who reported you. If people are connecting to you that disagree with you, they are most likely troll Christians who are doing so with the express intent of following every response you write and flagging it, because youre one of those "vile Catholics" - do yourself a favor and block anyone who links to you that you KNOW doesnt beleive as you do...it will save you some violation notices. You get a best response when you post a response to a question posed by a fellow Catholic. the amount of thumbs up and down you get is directly proportional to the amount of fellow Catholics and anti-fellow Christians are online at that particular moment.
Dont let it get to you. Its the nature of Y!A.

You must haven't got your first "Oops. Your account has been suspended" yet. One day, you will attempt to sign in, and that will happen. Most of us are resurrected because of report trolls and if you rack up so many violations in a certain amount of time, you catch a suspension with NO warning, and NO use of your account.
Those people connecting to you are not your friends, they are TROLLS. They are your thumbs down trolls and report-a-trons. Get rid of them.

We all get them. When dealing with infirm minds no logical strategy works. God is deemed objectionable in R&S while hate, ridicule, disgust,and bigotry go unnoticed. There is no remedial action. You can either stike back and report them or simply ignore their repugnant spew. God bless.
