The main eye of the Apache is the FLIR (forward looking infrared) system. The secondary eye is the human eye of the pilots. The first eye is very accurate and detail but limited by it's need to aimed directly at an object to see it. The secondary eye is human, so no need to talk about it's limitations.
I cannot tell you how to hide from an Apache, but i can tell you that if you know the limitation of a system you can exploited it.

Personally if i was in danger of being blown out by an Apache i will use some decoy to occupied is best eye, the FLIR, and get fu** out of there, hoping the pilots will be too occupied operating the FLIR to see me running like hell.

Actually, he covered himself with mud. It held in his body heat so he was invisible to IR. Good luck finding mud when you need it.

Go ahead and dig that hole, 6 ft (1.83m) should be deep enough. Don't forget to cover up with the dirt. don't worry, in a short period of time, the mound will level itself and no one will ever know where you are hiding.

You could just go out into the open. You really can't hide, so why run, you'll own die tired. Go ahead and get it over with so the pilot can get back to base. Do you know how much aviation fuel costs these days!?

In Monty Pythons life of Brian they hid behind chairs when the Romans came looking for them and that seemed to work.

You can't, so drop your weapons and put you hands on your head and obey any instructions or eat a 25MM round from the chain gun.

Hide, hahahahahahah- That crap is the movies(NOT REAL)

A large umbrella, really. The Apache doesn't have X-ray vision so it can't see through anything physical and with the case of heat, all it will see is your footprints unless it gets really close. The Serbs made "umbrellas" for their tanks with carpets and it supposedly worked well except when they were producing heat like firing their cannon.

Be somewhere else when they arrive. You probably won't hear them though due to the sound dampening of their engines.
