Sheikh Human, is there any best answer? Does not Islam encourage us to use our brains? We can put our thoughts in our own words and answer from our hearts not always just quoting or saying read the Quran.

One of the names of Allaah is al-Hakeem (the Most Wise). The word Hakeem is derived from the same root as hukm (ruling) and hikmah (wisdom). Allaah alone is the One Who issues rulings, and His rulings are the most wise and perfect.
Allaah does not prescribe any ruling but there is great wisdom behind it, which we may understand, or our minds may not be guided to understand it.

Allah doesn't exist,it is only people who made these materialistic rules, it was in one way or another to distinguish the new religion of islam from others and to keep reminding people of Allah, for example if you want to eat meat you must always remember that it must be halal and God's name said over it so he will bless it.

Thats why Allah made heaven & hell
The one who will make something Haram --- > enter hell
The one who will make something halal ---> enter heaven

And Allah give us ( humans ) a mind to think & know the difference between halal & haram ---> to do Halal things & avoid Haram things

I think this is all a part of the test of this Dunya (life), if we stay away from haraam and stick to that which is halal then we 'pass the test' and enter Al-Jannah, insha'Allah

It's just a holdover from an ancient superstition. There was at least one ancient tribe in the Near East that did not eat pigs, and their belief eventually became part of Judaism, and from there it pass through Christianity and entered Islam.

Islam, of course, maintains that it's a divine mandate, but all religions do that.

Because God know best. God knows what will benefit a person and what will ruin a person.

Edit: Amulet, Allah IS God, the one and only God, the same God for Christianity, Judaism and the Heavens and Earth. Allah is the Arabic name for God, it is NOT a different God.

paradise has degrees on top of each other, by following God commandments, then God will know who is the most person loyal to him and which level of paradise he should be put in.

just like obeying the state law, they know you are a good citizen if you obeying the state law.

Because that is how mind control cults work. They seek to control not only your mind, but also your body, your actions.

Remember, "god" (aka allah) is nothing more than a nonsense word made up by man to explain away the things we can't yet understand.

because it is Allah's rule... to do what is good and leave what is bad...

there is halal and there is haram and there is what is between.. (like black, white and gray)... and whatever is grey, it is better to also stay away from because you dont really know..
