Talk with your bosses and tell them you want to succeed with them. You have no idea how little they hear that from their employees. You will be surprised by what happens - but remember, do that if that's what you want. Then, slowly venture into the cosmotologist training. Good luck.

Don't burn your bridges and up and quit. That's for sure. Look through the paper. Look for job postings. What skills do you have? Find a stable company with good positions and submit your resume. When you go, make sure you observe the work environment. Good vibes or bad vibes? Do they people look happy and content or do they look frazzled and bitter? Make sure you study the job description, the company itself, the pay scale and the benefits package. Is it what you are looking for? A lot of times, you can get access to a company's annual report. Read it. If you want to go back to school, see if you can find somewhere that offers tuition assistance or reimbursement. Although, most of the time, they want you go to school for something that will be applicable to their organization since they are investing the money into your education. If you can't find an employer that will offer tuition assistance, then go somewhere that will pay you well, have regular hours that will enable you to attend school with the help of private and federal student loans.

Maybe start looking for another job while you're still working there. That way if the job search doesn't work out you still have one to fall back on to pay the bills. If you think the company would notice your resume is up though it might be risky.

Nothing worse than a job you hate. Look for something else and be sure to give proper notice when you leave. But, remember that it is always easier to find a job when you have one than it is when you are not employed and looking. Good luck.
