If you want cereals that are low to no sugar, you should probably stick to the ones in the natural foods section. You still need to read labels though. Some natural cereals are still full of sugar.
These cereals have no sugar
Kashi Seven Whole Grain Puffs
Arrowhead Mills Puffed cerals (several different varieties, all with no sugar)
Uncle Sam cereal
I have a hard time eating unsweetened cereal so I wil usually toss in some raisins or sweeten with a little artifical sweetener.

its virtually impossible to make "sugar free" cereal, as one of the main ingredients in cereal is grain: corn, rice, wheat, oats, etc. and these have sugar in them. Same thing with fruit they do make cereal with no added sugar, which means it only has the natural sugars from the grains/fruit etc. the only way they would be able to make a "sugar free" cereal would be to basically make it out of nuts, and of course you wouldn't be able to add milk to it, since milk has plenty of sugar in it.

Cheerios is one of the few boxed dry cereals (with the exception of what can be found in the natural foods section) that has neither corn syrup nor high fructose corn syrup in it. Even plenty of the "healthy" cereals marketed to adults contain corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syrup. YUCK.

You could also try sugar-free granola. You should be able to find this at your local health food store.
Another alternative is plain oatmeal. YOU control what goes in it since you have to make it.
