Do you think it's weird if a 13 year old boy [going to be 14 in february 2008] dates a 14 year old girl [going to be 15 in November 2007]?

No, at that age a 1 year difference is no problem. 2 years would be pushing it.

That's a bit young for either to be 'dating'...although socializing and hanging out is okay...any "dates" should have adult supervision until both are 16.
