The red rocket.
I was scared to open this question, but it is normal when a dog is excited. Boys will be boys.

XD What you are seeing normally, when that "thing" isn't out is not the dogs penis, it's actually a flesh of skin protecting it. The actually thing coming out IS the dogs actual penis. Not very beautiful huh? Yes, it's completely normal. It only means your dog is excited. XD

Yes, that's normal. That thing that slides out is actually his penis. The thing you are calling his penis is actually just its sheath. It slides back up into the sheath when he's not excited anymore.

It is the dogs penis. The male dog has their penis cover with a sheath that the penis is kept in. You saw your dog extend the penis out of the sheath. Nothing else.

Its normal nothing to worry about, his probably getting excited. If you notice that his penis is out for a long time, it could be serious and you should rush him immediately to the vet.

Yes, it's normal. At work we'd call it his lipstick.

it is probably just the penis that is coming out of the "sheath".
the sheath is the part that we normally see, and is the part that grows hair on it.
