keep yourself busy, surround yourself by family and friends and if you feel yourself going off the deep end talk to you mental health provider. Break ups are never easy and rarely wanted by both party... it happens to everyone, you will be fine.

you should just try and make yourself busy and in doing so you may find that something new will make you happy. that way if it catches up with you you will be so preoccupied with the new thing it won't matter. And if you do get sad make sure you have a good friend or someone you know that you can talk to about how your feeling. I am really sorry about your breakup. High school love can hurt too.

alot of break ups are hard, but to dwell on them is the worse thing, you broke up its time to move on think positive, and maybe a suggestion with your depression back ground , start a journal, write down your feelings of how your feeling each day, then a month down the road look at them and see how much you improved your feelings of this break up. good luck. also, prayer will help too.

Keep your mind active by staying busy. Try not to dwell on things about the break up. Find things to occupy your time, cause time is the only way.

Maybe you should go and talk to a counselor about it. They will be able to understand where you are coming from and they will also be able to help you get through the hard times.

Play your favorite songs. Cry. Feel miserable. Then let go. You have to go through a grieving process. It'll be worse if you don't allow yourself this.

Seek help if you need it - No shame in getting therapy at certain points in your life when you need a little extra support. Ask God to help you daily. He's always with you and loves you. God Bless!!

You are already dealing with it.

The fact that you realize and accept that it is over shows that you know what you are doing.

For a while just go out with friends with no idea of dating and just have fun.
