Where can I find a template to make a letter to send to customers who we need to collect sales tax exemption certificates from ?? I have already tried Microsoft Office online and they do not have a template which covers this. Thanks !!!

You don't need anything fancy. This isn't rocket science.
Dear
You have placed an order with our firm and are claiming exemption from sales tax. In order to fill your order without charging sales tax we will need a copy of your re-seller's certificate or proof of your tax-exempt status.
