I have been seeing someone who is going thru a divorce. Her soon to be ex planned a trip to florida with the kids and she freaked out being away from them for so long. I think she went on the trip with them cause as soon as the day came to leave she said she needed a break and she was going to the lake for the duration of there trip and would be back when her kids came back. She is totally lying to me and she is with them isnt she???? please help

Maybe she is telling the truth, and maybe she isn't. She is still married to her children's Father.
You may find out that you no longer have a girl friend when she gets back. She is after all his wife.

I'm with you...her actions are suspicious. I mean, I get the missing her kids thing, as I'm sure you do. I even get having to "go to the lake" for some quiet time...but for the duration of the trip? And why wouldn't she want you to accompany her for moral support if she's so distraught? Sorry, but this sounds like it's maybe a "last ditch effort" to get back together or they already are. Do yourself a favor and move on. Not worth the drama. Good luck!

Yeah, it kinda sounds like she is two timing you?
Maybe she is realizing that she still has feelings for her ex, and wants to try harder.
Either way, she doesn't seem to show much respect or consideration for your feelings.
So, if you are not too deep in it yet, it might be a good idea to walk away when you still can, before she really hurts you.

Seems suspicious but then again, she could be telling the truth....Even if she is going to the lake, she could have asked you to come along or if not, if she just wanted some alone time, you should be able to contact her. Doesn't she have a cell phone?

its not the kids part he's worried about, its the lying part, who wants a lying woman? Dude, thats something you're going to have to work out with her. Until then, have fun on your break.

She misses her kids? Is that a problem?
I hope you're not putting her in a position where she feels she needs to keep her relationship with you and her relationship with her kids seperate. If so, it wont work.

my advice, if u havent been married yet, never get engaged with a mother cose she'll always prefer her kids over you, with all positive and negative consequences. and that's normal and legitimate.

yes. but you shouldn't be dealing with soon-to-be-divorcees with kids unless you can handle that kind of crap. You're better off if she doesn't come back.
