I have only seen car tires filled with normal everyday breathing air. When you go to a gas station it just has an air compressor with air in it.

Helium is so light that you would have to pack so much pressure into the tires to keep those tires inflated. Helium is 1/8th the weight of oxygen (4 atomic units vs. O2 and it's 32 atomic unit weight), so I'd rather not fill my tires to 300 PSI to keep my tires inflated. Net savings = zero. Possible damage = a lot.

Most places use regular air. Some tire places are putting Nitrogen in tires now because it lasts longer then air.

No. Just plain old compressed air, the same stuff you breathe everyday. Some are now charging a premium to fill your tires with nitrogen, which is a waste of money unless you are racing on the track, since regular air is 78% nitrogen to being with.

Would it have greetings on it too, like Happy Birthday?? Lol. Just air. Most gas stations have an air pump for tires.

Either regular old air, or you now have the option to fill tires with nitrogen.
Nitrogen is less affected by temperature than regular air, and helps to keep the tire pressure the same. With regular air, your tires gain and lose pressure as they heat up and cool down. It keeps the tire cooler. It is used in car racing (Indy and NASCAR, commercial airliners, and the U.S government). The more constant pressue and cooler running temperature improve vehicle handling and fuel efficiency.

Most places put plain oxygen into car tires. While there is the availability of nitrogen also in tires. Nitrogen in tires is a relatively new concept. Nitrogen doesn't escape from the tire as quickly as plain air does, therefore not needing to be reinflated as often.

Normally, compressed air. Some people fill their tires with nitrogen, though.
