OUCH! I made a similar mistake -- an old friend had been married to (let's say) "Mary" for 15 years. They divorced, and he then married "Pam", who I proceeded to call "Mary" -- AT THE WEDDING! Major OOPSIE!

I do it all the time. She has only been married for a year though. Needless, it annoys her when I send packages adressed to he maiden name.

lol bet she was happy........don't have a sister BUT have a mate that we ALL still call her by her maiden name as she is on hubby #4 so rather than keep up with all that we use her original name lol lol she does not mind in the least.

regards

yep, I forget - maybe because I'm not especially close to her husband! Even worse are my parents, who call me Amy and her Julie. We are 9 years apart, and they've been doing this all of our lives. We've just learned to answer to just about anything - at least from the 'rents!

No, my sis has never been married. But one of my cousins kept using my mom's married name (parents divorced) and never hears the end of it.

Yes, but to you she is your sister, so that's how you think of her.
