Just play it cool, and avoid the beach area. Remember, you've become way too dignified over the past 10 years to engage in horseplay or roughhousing down by the beach. Wear nice clothes and mingle at the bar until the sun goes down. Or, just don't worry about it and take off your shirt...women are just like men, if they don't like what they see they won't look for long. But don't take off your shirt if you're going to be extremely uncomfortable about it, it will ruin your evening and you'll spend the whole night self-concious. Plus, you're 28, now (I'm 26.) Six-packs don't matter nearly as much once you reach our age.

Women have a high tolerance for out of shape men. Men are harder on out of shape women. Most men don't have a 6 pack and a larger belly is no big deal. As men get older, the stomach is an area gets larger and it happens to a lot of men. You will probably see some of the other guys that are like yourself. Don't worry about it.

If you're that worried about it, don't take your shirt off. I doubt anyone will even care but if someone asks, just tell them skin cancer runs in your family. Besides, these are a bunch of high school associates you probably don't even talk to anymore so who cares.
And, yes, as a woman and a human being I notice the bodies of others. I don't laugh but I notice.

I don't think anyone is going to laugh at you for not having a six pack! Any how you may be surprised how some of your ex school mates turned out, now you are getting older! usually it is not the way you thought it would be!

No worries man, look at Jack Nicolson, he looks like a beached whale and still gets ladies half his age. Its all about the attitude. Just be confident.

Not a big deal, if you go in the water, take your shirt off, if not, leave it on...doesnt seem like you're obese or anything. If so, then I might say keep the shirt on.

At a 10 yr reunion, many guys won't. Assess the situation once you get there.

Well, I don't really laugh. If there's work to be done, I'd think "man I wish he didn't take his shirt off".

Yes, they do. Don't attend. Why waste time and money on the past.
