I'm just wondering what the best oblique exercises would be to do at home. I have a pretty average build so what could I do to get some 'sex lines' or whatever they are called showing.

To exercise just the obliques, lay on your back on the floor, bring your hands near your ears, but do not grab onto your head, have your feet off of the floor, bring your left knee up toward your chest, raise your upper body up off of the floor and touch your right elbow to the left knee, alternate sides. So you are kind of bicycling with your legs and working your upper body in a twisting motion. The next exercise is to lay on your side with your knees slightly flexed, hold onto your neck with your hands, sit up, remember you are on your side, not your back, so you can not sit up very far. Your upper body is slightly twisted it is not completely on the side nor is it flat on the back. Do both sides.
