I want to edit a pdf file, but ulead says it cant open the file. How can i convert pdf into something i can?

i'm not sure what ulead is.. but i use freepdfconvert.com to convert pdfs to word document.. or vice versa

Ulead only (to my knowledge) create video editing solutions.

PDF is a what the name suggests: a portable document format. It's a loose standard to which other programs can implement to ensure that if a document is authored on one application, it can be opened and re-authored on another.

Typically, the only application that I know of that can directly edit PDF files, is Adobe Acrobat (not Adobe Reader), and requires a purchase to use.

Either Microsoft Office Suite, or even better yet any of the ADOBE Photo Software gives you the choice to convert it to about anything you want.
