I have an interview later today. I am pretty psyched as the company recently opened a call center about 2 blocks from my house, but I'm also pretty apprehensive. I have had to call Comcast several times in the past and the employees I have dealt with were usually extremely rude and a little less than well versed. Any insight about working there?

Also, they require 2 to 2 1/2 hours for the interview process with "testing". What kinds of tests do you have to go through? Do they actually test your computer skills? Oral and written skills?

What can I expect?????

My friend tried to gain employment at comcast. I do believe she was over qualified because she has a B.S. in Computer Programming and at least 5 years experience. She went to the first interview and then she did a test over the phone. After that she never heard from them again. Anyway, good luck.
