It's Brazilian-Potuguese I think. I tried to spell it phonetically, probably wrong spelling.

I don't know in Portuguese. If that was spelled phonetically, that sounds like a Spanish word. Check here: http://www.wordreference.com/es/en/translation.asp?spen=pu%c3%b1etera

I speak both Spanish and Portuguese fluently but do not know any word that siounds like this in Portuguese. There is, however, a word "puñetera" in Spanish which means something like: "bloody", "damned"
