In dress uniform you cannot tell if they are wearing a bra or not. If they did it would be because she didnt want to make her uniform any tighter by wearing undergarments....you can move easier too because it is so restrictive.

NO! In the US military, all females are required to wear the appropriate undergarments under all forms of uniforms at all times. This is regardless of chest size and uniform fit.

don't know what service the previous answerers are from but when I was active duty.. bras were a required part of the uniform...
