They are things that really scare like I can't wake up am I allergic or does ibeuprofen cause nightmares? Does anyone else have this problem

have you tried different brands and see if you still have nightmares?

is ibuprofen the only pain killer you take?

The nightmares might be from the head ache or pain itself.

Ibuprofen has a mild hypoglycemic effect. A slight extra dose of it in non diabetics reduces blood glucose. Hypoglycemia is known to cause nightmare.

It is more likely that you have nigh mares but only remember them when you take the pain reliever. One of the good effects of pain relievers is causing you to transition from sleep to awake more easily. This may very well cause you to remember dreams more.

You may be experiencing some blood thinning or you may have liver problems, and you should have that checked. You may also be setting yourself up, even unconsciously, because you may expect bad dreams, and so you have them.
