it's Ernährung meaning nutrition so the topic would be
"Eating and Nutrition"
Giving examples is a little bit diffucult though as the topic covers a wide range. In general I'd say "Eating" is more about what/how we eat and "Nutrition" is more about what we should eat (how much calories, how much fat or sugar and the like)
