Not really. As long as you get enough REST!!! If You Go to bed early and get up early (8 hours) than most likely you can avoid them. Also fresh fruits, two bottles of water, and exfoliating your skin and washing with a nice acne cleanser (Secret: I use Neutragena body soap on my face) you are way less likely of getting pimples :) Some sun also helps.

greasy food does not cause pimples nor does a dirty face. It is puberty and solely held upon that. Some people get pimples and some people dont. Its mainly a heredity thing. When I was younger I ate junk food and I did wash my face often and pimples still grew while I was taking a medication for my face. It didnt help me that much. Now Im 19 and my pimples have cleared up just find and guess what..I still eat junk food and food that isnt to good for you. But my face is so much better now than it ever was before. I still wash my face before I go to bed and I rarely even use my face medication anymore. Its a puberty type thing although Im still going through it a little. But pimples dont happen to me much anymore.. My advice is just to wash your face every night and morning and take your medication and you should be fine. I know some adults have bad acne but sometimes at that age it can be to hard to solve

If you have a few pimples on occasion, it's related to hormone fluctuations and there's not a lot you can do about it except keep your face clean and use a water based moisturizer so your skin won't over react to the soap drying it out. If you have the kind of acne that leaves scarring, it is from a bacterial infection and you need to see a doctor. Sleep has little to do with either type.

I don't think the time you go to sleep has any affect but a lack of sleep certainly may contribute.

A lack of sleep means a lack of nutrients and needed recharging that the body will need. While some would resort to vitamins and medication to offset this, nothing compares with relying on the natural means of avoiding such inconveniences as far as the skin is concerned. Hence, observing the proper sleeping and resting habits would be ideal as well, not only for the skin related issues but for the whole human body as well.

personally i've found that sleep is not a big factor. however if your looking to avoid pimples, wash your face 2x a day, drink lots of water, sleep with your hair up, and change your pillowcases once every week or two.

Sleeping early will have no effect with pimples unless you have a serious and ongoing issue with lack of sleep.

you need to drink a lot of water to avoid pimples.. the sleeping early thing doesn't really matter in my opinion.

I don't know about sleeping. Avoiding greasy food helps.
