The french brand Valrhona (mostly used by chefs) has a 70% bitter chocolate called Guanaja.
And a spanish brand Valor also have 70 % bitter chocolate. I just got some of the Valor from a friend.

bourneville by cadburys is a must have.
it is so nice and is quite bitter.
but dont take my word for it.
go down to ur nearest supermarket and buy some.
i hope u like it
