I don't think so. It's Ham, son of Noah.

No.

Nothing is known of Cain's descendants, and any that remained were wiped out in the Flood.

Esau's descendants became the Edomites (Idumeans), which dwelt to the south of Israel;

Genesis 25:30

30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom.

The Africans came from Noah's son Ham;

Genesis 10:6

And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.

Cush ("burnt") - became the Ethiopians

Mizraim - became the Egyptians

Phut (Put) became the Nubians

Canaan - Became the Canaanites

Esau and Ishmael were fathers of the Arabs. Cain's mark had nothing to do with color!

Neither. One of Noah's grandsons, Cush was considered to be the father of the Black Africans, for after the Flood, he emigrated to that area and built his life and lineage there. His very name in Hebrew means "black".
