Wikipedia's assertions are conflicting with outside sources. It states that Mexico, Australia, and Germany do not have official languages. However, I have found at least three sources for each that Spanish, English, and German are the existing official languages there, respectively. Can someone more informed than I please clarify?

The Mexican Constitution (you have it here, in spanish: http://www.normateca.gob.mx/Archivos/34_D_1247_22-06-2007.pdf ) does NOT mention anything about Spanish being the official language.
Article four of Ley General de los Derechos Lingüísticos de los Pueblos Indígenas (General Law of linguistic Rights of the Indigenous Peoples, you can find it here in Spanish: http://www.inali.gob.mx/pdf/LGDLPI.pdf ) says that the languages recognized by this law and Spanish are national languages, due to their historical origin and they have the same status in their ("their" is refering to each indigenous language) territory.
But there is no law that says that Spanish is the official language of Mexico.

English is the most widely spoken language in Australia and Parliament and the courts are conducted in English as are most school lessons. There is, however, no official language, there has never been a need for one. People are free to speak any language they like.

In the 19th century there was a concerted effort to stamp out the 250 or so native languages and they succeeded with many. There are only about 50 languages left which are the first language for their speakers. In these areas school lessons are often conducted in the local language with English as a second language.

Well that languages are right, the official language of Mexico is Spanish, in Australia is English and in Germany is German, this last has no doubt (so is the origin of that language).

But all those countries have so much cultural mixture that have more co-official languages (or in some case, are so used that most people consider them as official).
