What you're trying to suggest is that it doesn't matter what we call God, because Christians and Muslims worship the same God? Would you also say that Jews worship the same God as Christians and Muslims? And what about Brahma, Siva, Vishnu and all the other gods worshipped by other religions?
Before I spend any more time in answering your question, would you be kind enough to tell me if what you are really suggesting is that all roads lead to the same God? Many thanks.
OK - no response from the asker so far. Whether the God of the Old Testament is called Almighty God, Lord, YHWH (which is unpronouncable because it does not contain any vowels), or Jehovah is not the real issue. What is important, however, is that although Islam claims Allah is the same God as the God of the Old Testament, even the most rudimentary examination of Islam shows that the two religions are diametrically opposed. Furthermore, Christianity states categorically and emphatically that the only way to God is through Christ. Therefore any religion which denies the divinity of Christ and refuses to acknowledge him as Lord and Saviour is different. Not popular, but non-negotiable.

How can you ever get to know someone properly without using their name? 'God' is a title not a name. Jehovah is the name of God. Read it in your own bible at either Exodus 6:3 or Psalms 83:18. A lot of bibles take his name out and this is when confusion arises about God and Jesus being the same. The name Jehovah appeared over 7000 times in the original manuscripts and it is the name that the Israelites used in worship.

Jehovah, God and Allah are all the same. The three religions share a common ancestry, many laws and rules are the same and they all derive from Abrahim and Judaism.

I think most mono-theistic religions believe in the same God - I think that Jehovah and Allah are the same God that I believe in. They all started in the same place, and just diverted down the line.

Jehovah is the misinterpretation of Hebrew and Greek by a gentleman who once, under oath, admitted that he had never studied either language and could not actually read either language.
The names of the central god of the three major monotheistic religions are YHWH (Hebrew), Trinity-Father, Son and Holy Ghost (Christian) and Allah Subhanna wa Ta'ala (Arabic). Theses names represent the same god in different schools of thought and slightly different belief systems of Middle Eastern mythology.
There is no verifiable, reliable evidence that any god exist or ever did.
May it be well with you.

Many religions recognise that God's name is Jehovah but they refuse to use it. Some have even removed the divine name from their Bibles.

God the Father of Christ is not Jehovah. Jehovah is a being known as the Demiurge. The Demiurge did create this universe but it is a creation in it's own right. The Father never speaks except through the "Word" which is Christ. To many moving parts for me to deal with this late though.
Love one another. It's the God thing to do!

Jehovah is the personal name of ALMIGHTY GOD.
It is the closest English translation of the Hebrew YHWH
(Exodus 6:3) And I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as God Almighty, but as respects my name Jehovah I did not make myself known to them.
