well what i want to do is eat the "perfect diet"

and that to me is having 100% of every vitamin possible, without taking pills just to get them, but while eating the foods, staying in a decent calorie range, up to 2750 would even be fine as id like to gain weight anyway(5' 8'' at like 110 pounds for 4 years, 16 years old)

but my main reason for doining this is, while eating the perfect diet i will be eating more than normal foods flourishing in vitamin a, b5 and e to help my horrible acne problem(my main reason for the diet, i cant stand it anymore) while taking b5 pills

so again a re-cap id like a 100% daily intake for each vitamin while not overly exceeding my calorie intake

if no one will help me, ill have to spend hours collaging foods together to find the perfect "combo" of a diet

ohh and 8 cups of water a day, haha

the best diet I've ever heard of is the vegan diet of raw vegetables and fruits . Live food is usually preferred than cooked for it's vitamin content and phytochemicals . there are trained physicians that specialize in these kinds of diets.
