i can answer that with another question... how many sit ups can you do before september 8th?
try and get 200 sit ups done a day, it sounds like alot but when you split it up into 10 lots of 20 its made easier, you dont have to do them all at once, you can start in the morning and do the last twenty before bed.
i can promise you if you did 200 sit ups a day until 8th of september, you'l have lost some weight, lost at least an inch, and you'l feel great aswell. everyone feels great after working hard, because there are no short cuts, and no cheating.
also, try to limit how much sugar you eat, because that is almost instantly turned into glycogen to be stored up, and storing up means fat. treat yourself, every friday you can pig out but fr the rest of te week, i'd advise you stick to the healthy stuff.
try to eat mmore red meat, not loads, just a litle bit, because that will give you proteins which your body needs for building muscle, if you dont, the body will use up the protein it has, reducing your muscles, making sit ups even harder.
good luck xx

spend a day reading your favourite book - and stop only to eat something 3 times a day. if it goes well, do it the next day, and the next.
if reading is not your field, then try to occupy your mind for the whole day and stop only to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. eat enough so you wont feel weak between meals, so that you stop nicking food in between.
try sticking to 3 meals a day (eat enough though, or you'll be too hungry to resist), and you may find your waist a little smaller by another month!!!
ps. i am not a diet proffessional, so do not take my word as though it were the only truth - if you are seeking professional help, this is not the place, th person taking care of your diet should look at you and examine you carefully to see what are your needs - yahoo! answers still has not evolved so much as to enable this!!!

Abs don't need gym equipment. Just do sit-up, you could get a pilates or callanetics dvd to help you. There is a callanetics specially on abs, they are great.
And stop eating sweets, white bread, alcohol, pizza, cheese, fast food, etc. Have a lot of veg and fruit.

Do the twist! I'm not kidding. My mother swears by it, and for the most part it worked for me too, though I walk about 3 miles everyday. Drink lots of water too, if you're dinking sodas and juices, cut back on it for a bit.
