how to avoid testicular pain ?

from last 2-3 months their is testicular pain.Contacted doctor and made ultra sound.report shows verecocele grade 3.doctor suggested to have surgery.but I feared and confused what to do.Please can any experts would suggest other than surgery like having treatment in Ayurvedic.Thanks

Sorry, but the only treatment for painful varicoceles is surgery. Many times, varicoceles require no treatment at all but if they cause pain, surgery is the only option. Please be aware that an untreated painful varicocele can lead to even more pain, testicular atrophy and infertility. Please have the surgery.
