I finished making the layout using photoshop EXACTLY how i want it to look. But i have two questions:
What should the image size be?(pixels,inches ect.)
What do I do now?

The "image" should be several images, some of which can tile so the page can scale.

Since the web is viewed on a computer monitor I like to specify all sizes in pixels.

How big is the average monitor - who knows - take your best estimate for the target country you expect to have the largest people visiting you site from.

I use 800x600 for estimated screen size. I am not saying you should make your image this big though, or if you do, then you probably should slice it.
