Oh yes, very much so. Matthew 3:11, I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: said by John the Baptist.
Just what this means is shrouded in mystery. The only clue that can be given is that fire is a symbol for passion. That is all that can be to said.
seek and you will find.

Yes, the Bible talk about that but you don't want it....
When many Pharisees and Sadducees came out to John the Baptizer, he called them “offspring of vipers.” He spoke of the coming One (Jesus) and said: “That one will baptize you people with holy spirit and with fire.” (Mt 3:7, 11; Lu 3:16) The baptism with fire is not the same as baptism with holy spirit.
Fire representing, not a saving force, but a destructive one...

Yes there is but I would not want to get baptized with fire. Those are the unrighteous, the ones that are going to be destroyed.
Mathew 3:7-12
7Â When he caught sight of many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to the baptism, he said to them: “YOU offspring of vipers, who has intimated to YOU to flee from the coming wrath? 8Â So then produce fruit that befits repentance; 9Â and do not presume to say to yourselves, ‘As a father we have Abraham.’ For I say to YOU that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones. 10Â Already the ax is lying at the root of the trees; every tree, then, that does not produce fine fruit is to be cut down and thrown into the fire. 11Â I, for my part, baptize YOU with water because of YOUR repentance; but the one coming after me is stronger than I am, whose sandals I am not fit to take off. That one will baptize YOU people with holy spirit and with fire. 12Â His winnowing shovel is in his hand, and he will completely clean up his threshing floor, and will gather his wheat into the storehouse, but the chaff he will burn up with fire that cannot be put out.”

Funny how a single word can screw things up so badly.
Old jewish symbolism. Baptism by fire is juxtaposed against baptism by water. Water representing rebirth, death and resurrection, cleansing from sin. It is the primary, outward ordinance involved in baptism. Baptism by fire represents the inner purification of spirit and the Gift of the Holy Ghost, the actual change of one's motives and actions which comes later. The burning out of the old man and the refining of his metal, if you will.
