It depends on why they got deleted. Maybe if the deleted person was unfairly deleted, it might make them more popular.

I got deleted because I'm bold, outspoken, a little edgy, and not afraid to speak out for or against certain beliefs.

Well, now, in my opinion...a couple of the people that keep getting deleted are full of poop! LOL...but if you mean popular, then no...just others trying to make a big deal out of it.
