All Costco's are different. They tend to carry different stuff at different ones, so you just have to call where you are and see. Personally I have not seen them there.

Not that I know of... I've never seen dippin dots at Costco and I go a lot.

Nope, they don't have Dippin' Dots.
You have to go buy them online in large packs and make them yourself or buy them for really expensive prices by the cup at Dippin' Dots stores. Just google "dippin dots store" and your area to find the nearest one.

All Costcos are different , the ones near me don't carry them. i only have them once a year when I go down to Cedar Point/.
