I train in kickboxing and jujitsu and fight MMA....I always have bruises all over the place. I have a lot of weddings and other occasions where I need to wear a dress...does anyone have any suggestions for how to get rid of them faster?? I'm tired of the looks I get...I'm pretty sure people think I get beat up at home. It's not that attractive, either. Help!

Ice them.

Once people ask you a about the bruises, and you tell them you train kickboxing, jujitsu and MMA, it'll make great conversation!

The bruises themselves might not be attractive, but if you train in all those martial arts, you MUST be smoking hot!

Keep in mind you could always cover them with makeup, as a girl, you have that option :)

Ok, just try a different approach to this all together.

Use make-up to cover the bruises. Just find a matching tone of foundation and apply a few coats. Works like a charm.
If you can't find a good foundation to work, look up tattoo coverup makeup on the net. That will work, more expensive though.

hey i do kickboxing also i do karate but to really get rid of bruises you should put ice on it and the best cure to heal bruises is..... patience. but if you want it faster you might want to put something on it that vibrates lol it does work.

Dit da jow can definitely help heal bruises. It's also good for sore muscles, light sprains and strains. I recommend either of these brands -

They both work well.
