We love each other, and its a long distance relationship, i love her enough to marry her right?

But then all of a sudden she said something that made me feel....wow it made me feel way worse.

Anyway, why the hell am i so sad???? And BTW i was sad before she said it so....

Well one thing I will tell you first, long distance relationships are hard to handle. Not having the person we love and want right by are side is something that will make us sad if we can't have that person near, to love and hold, etc.
It's possible that this is making you sad, and sometimes in life we get sad, and we have bad days. The best thing to do is brush it off and look forward to tomorrow and what wonderful things you will say to the one you love.

If that is not the case, maybe you need a good cry, at times we all need a good cry, a release from everything.
When so many problems arise in my life, a good cry for a while is good, to me it feels cleansing and makes you feel ready for a new day. Well after some well needed sleep.

If that doesn't solve it, maybe you should confide in her and tell her how you feel, maybe she can help you best. Working on your issues, builds a bond and trust, in return gives strength in a relationship and a friendship.
Hope this helps and Have a Great Day!
PEACE
:-)

"Men Don't Cry"??? Bull. Only the most manly of men are strong enough to show their true emotions! It's perfectly normal for a male to feel sad to the point of crying. It means YOU CARE! In a odd sense at this time, it is a good thing, even though it feels like the worst thing. I can't comment much on what she said to you, since we don't know what it is. Sometimes, you just get sad or angry due to lack of contact. I get grumpy when I am apart from my significant other. And sometimes I have things I want to tell, but can't until later on. Overall, and the point being, there is nothing wrong with being sad to the point of crying, and being male at the same time. Men who don't cry, heh, well....they're wusses.

You are probably not in a good relationship to start with. You are lonely. That is why you were unhappy in the beginning. Long distance relationships can be very stressful. It is hard to work problems out, because you can not look the person in the face and talk to them. Misunderstandings occur often because words are taken wrong. If you are too sensitive, it is probably best that you find someone that is closer to you and will be able to make you happy.

Yeah as others said, sometimes there will be days when you feel very down and sad. Just give it time, it will pass! I recommend maybe going out and hanging with friends or just something to get your mind off everything, and also it would help a lot to know what she said.

Your ready for marriage and ready to leave lonely behind. Your ready to share your life with her or someone.. It is a myth that men don't cry men get lonely and feel sad too. If men took their masks off you would find out that lots of men get sad too.

There are plenty good reasons for a guy to cry, but if you're not even going to tell us the reason, then what do you expect? At least have the balls to tell us why you're sad if you're going to whine about being sad.

Sounds like you need to get out more and get some social interaction going on. Whenever I get down about my relationship I try to get my mind on other things instead of just sitting at home and feeling sorry for myself. Having a pitty party just makes things worse, life isn't that bad so start to look at the positive things you have going on and focus on that for now and watch how you start to feel better about yourself and your situation. You have the choice and mindset to change how you feel about yourself you shouldn't need somebody else to do that for you!

well it would help if we knew what she said.

Also, before, what made you feel down.

And also, it is alright for guys to cry.

I know what will cheer you up!! ^_^ Ice-cream! or think about something funny.
Maybe it's stress. If it's stress then go get a pet. Pets reduce stress level.
Not sure if chocolate works on men. lol
