Dear there are so many advantages of life at every stage as life is like a stage every one has to play ones character.
1. At the age of 45 a person acquires full maturity.
2. A person becomes more homely and responsible.
3. A person start offering prayers and comes close to God and thank him .
4. A person becomes a good advisior and holds a repo in the society.
5. He or she never tries to hurt anyone as they know god is watching them.
6. When they sit alone they start recalling there previous memories and in lonelyness sometimes cry and sometimes laugh.
7. They sometime (sorry) but start sharing there good and bad experiences of life with there kids and they get bored because the whole episode is repeted again and again.

In what context you have asked this question I am unable to make out. The advantage depends up on the that person's position and status. It is difficult to say in common.

None, you are close to death. Dont believe in experience and that bull ****. Even a fresh college grad can do waht you better and cheaper. look forward to be replaced at work and your wife as a young one can do both jobs better
