Why is the United Kingdom the most civilised country in the world.

because they aren't gun/trigger happy, gadget happy, over indulgent, under-educated, over populated, arrogant and rude like Americans are. We do what we want, when we want with absolutely no regard for anyone else. And although I am an American, I am ashamed of "our" actions at times...and looking forward to my move to England! lol :)

i guess its because the UK manages 2 intergrate and be very modern and built up etc yet still be very proud of its history. Also.. some londoners have very posh accents without sounding stuck up! lol u gotta love the gd ol british accent :)

lol i think b/c unlike the USA its known for being proper and polite and stuff like that and they drink tea supposedly that makes u more civilized :-]

who said it is??? i have friends that moved from the U.K, and let me tell i'm more civilized than they are, but they are still cool cuz of their posh accents... and some of them are prats...
