Yes, it's okay to eat. I buy fully cook bacon all they time. Yeah, It shrinks some when your warm it and it depends on the brand you buy I only put it in the microwave for a few seconds to get it warm. Anything that companies sells are FDA approved.

I used to work for a pork company.
The bacon is fully cooked in industrial microwaves. When it hits the markets, it is fully cooked and safe to eat right from the package.

It's perfectly good to eat and tasty too.
A lot of restaurants use it.
It's pre-cooked so all you do it heat it.
Can be in a frying pan, oven or microwave.
Remember not to over heat it or it will be tough.
I use the microwave and go in 15 second increments until its just right. Look for it to start to foam and its ready.

you can either warm it in a frying pan or in the microwave. yes,it keeps its size and is fully cooked and it is actually healthier, i would imagine, because it doesn't have all of the fat and grease, and everything. It's also more convenient when you don't have time to cook.

this is the only bacon i will buy! it stays flat, doesnt make a mess and most of the fat is already cooked out of it,,so its a great deal for your money. it doesnt have to be refridgerated,,im not sure what the shelf life is, but it makes great BLTs.
