In Melbourne there's a 2 hour time difference from Manila.
Melbourne and South Australia are the same time.
if it's 2pm in Manila it's 4pm in South Australia
Apart from Daylight Savings time (summer) then it's 3 hours difference

hey k bear this is a good site but officially wa has 3 zones
i know this as i was an interstate truck driver up until may last year
although this is not common knowledge
there are signs posted on the roadside advising of this
also my mobile is set to auto time update with telstra and it did change im on the cdma network service
