If you mean your temporary internet files then here's how.

Open Internet Explorer

Go to the Tools Menu -> Internet Options

In that dialog box look under Browser history and click the "Settings" button.

In the NEXT dialog box, click "View Files" and there they are.

If you want to see the exact location of these files, look above the "Settings" button in the first dialog box - it tells you the complete path.

You can thank Microsoft for changing the location again of these files and making it harder for all of us.
