The best memory with my baby girl would have to be when we were playing on the floor with her blocks. She looked up at me and said ma ma. It made me feel so proud.

My son is five, and there are SO many wonderful moments already that it's hard to choose....but the moment I read your question I remembered when his father had the stomach flu, and I spent the night in my son's room to give his dad some space. I was sleeping on a futon matress next to my son's bed, and shortly after dawn I woke up and opened my eyes to see him looking sleepily back at me. We just smiled at each other in the soft light, reached out to touch fingertips, and snuggled back into our respective blankets.

It was just a very quiet, warm, private moment with him - and he's such an active child that it meant a lot to me.

My son was almost 3 months early and it was several days before I got to hold him and then it was only for 2 minutes while his nurse was changing his bedding. Not near long enough, but something I will never forget.

SO MANY - When they first put him in my arms I spoke and then he opened his eyes and looked right into mine. Love at first site. I never imagined I could love someone so much. Blessing!

It is the best because it was a gateway to so many wonderful moments.

i have so many!! there are 2 of them that makes me smile the most. the 1st is when she was born, she was just so beautiful i had a different name chose for her but right when i set eyes on her i chose anna(her name was going to be sarah)and i just wanted to cuddle with her forever and i just knew that she would make my life worth while. and my 2nd is when she said mama to me and it just made me so happy that she see's me as her mama and not my mother or somthing and i started crying with joy but i really do wish that i had gotten it on tape but i guess you can't get everything your child does on tape but at least you can have it taped in your mind.
