Her ears were always straight up and now one of them is always bent and the other one is standing up. Could there be something wrong. I know it doesn't hurt her because I tried rubbing her bent ear.

At 3 months, she is teething. I'm not sure what the reason behind it is, but it is very common for erect ears to "go floppy" while a puppy is teething. Her adult teeth should all be in by the time she is 6 months old, and by then her ears should also be erect again.

STOP TOUCHING THEM!! I am a Chihuahua breeder. You are not supposed to keep messing with their ears until they are about a year old. Too much ear handling will cause the ears to fall. It may never stand back up straight.... You will just have to wait and see.

No, sometimes a dog just gets lazy and the ear flops, my chihuahua has had straight ears ever since I got him, but my daughters chihuahua's ears will droop when she gets sleepy. No worries, she'll be fine.

Sometimes a dog's ears will fall when they are teething. They will usually stand up again when the teething process is done. That could be the reason.

It might be nothing, or it might be an abscess: I've seen the same thing in cats a couple of times.
