Ancient Hebrew and Gnostic writings indicate that Adam had a wife before Eve. Her name was Lilith, made from dust as Adam was, therefore his equal. Adam wanted her to be submissive (always have sex missionary style, with Adam on top); she refused and left him. Traces of her remain in the Bible with the two different creation myths, one with man and woman both made from dust at the same time (Lilith) and the second one where Eve is made from Adam's side. Which makes her not as an equal, but in a lesser, submissive role.
So to answer your question, since Adam and Lilith had quarrels about sexual positions, at least Adam had sex before mankind's fall from grace. There is nothing said about any children, but the question always comes up where did Cain get his wife. The obvious answer was that she was his half-sister, produced from the union of Adam and Lilith.

Of course they knew. God said "be fruitful and multiply, (gen 1 : 26 - 28, Sex obviously was not a sin because why would God tell them to multiply and fill the earth. God would not tell them to sin against Him. The sin for which Adam and Eve were expelled from Eden was the sin of disobedience ( Gen 2 :16,17) They disobeyed God and lost their perfection. From that day they began to grow old and eventually died. They realised what they had done and in their shame covered themselves with fig leaves (Gen 3 :7). to sin means to miss the mark of perfection (Ro 5 ; 12) Adam could still have saved the day and stopped Eve but he didnt, which is why Ro 5 ; 12 lays the blame on him. Adam and Eve had a choice they could have obeyed God and the whole earth would be an Eden today but they chose instead to disobey that one simple command and lost perfection for all mankind.

They were commanded to be fruitful and multiply before they disobeyed God. (Genesis 1:28) They could have had "sex" and had children before they ate from "that tree thingy". Maybe there was a different way they were able to reproduce back then, but I believe it was the same way people reproduce now days. I believe the only difference is that they didn't know that their bodies were... naked. They knew what they looked like and knew what to do, as did the animals... but they didn't think of it as being naked. They were not ashamed to show themselves like they did, before their "eyes were opened". when that happened, they began to know shame, guilt, pain, impurity, sin...and other forms of unpleasantry (unrighteousness).

There is nothing sinful about a husband and wife being naked and having sex.
The Bible does not tell us when the first sin occured relative to when Cain and Able and their other siblings were born.
We don't even know if Cain and Able were the oldest children or not.
The main reason those two are identified was because Cain killed Able.
Cain could have been child 35 and Able could have been child 45 for all we know.

IN Genesis 5 the age of Adam before Seth was born was 130 years and lived 800 years after that. However as Cain and perhaps Able were born (no record of daughters was made because Mose did not consider women important) before they ate the apple (or whatever). Because the children of Cain did not figure into the linage of man after the flood no record is available about how old Adam was when he was born. We have plenty of archaeological evidence especially in the Americas of civilizations that simply disappeared with no evidence of what happened to them.

They lived a long life, and so they have a long childhood also. They might look fully grown, but mentally they were just little kids when they were in the Garden of Eden. They ran around naked like little kids and did not know the birds and the bees.

Eve was Adam's wife (Genesis 2:24 and 3:20) so, yes they became one and had sex, if they had time to. They married, they were male and female and their bodies were formed for sex. Raise a child? They didn't have any yet.
Sexual relations in marriage is not sinful but disobedience and rebellion against God is.

Yes they did. It was part of the thrill of being husband and wife. After God had created them He immediately blessed them and said be fruitful and multiply. Sex is a very good thing, it was created by God to enjoy RESPONSIBLY. Also, Adam and Eve were very intelligent. Adam named all of the animals and was the first human prophet. He sanctioned marriage. Adam and Eve had daily communion with God before the fall.

It doesn't specify that in the bible... Although, it just says that she will have labor pains and want to control her husband although her husband will always be her master... which makes you figure that they did know about sex and how to reproduce.
being naked was normal.... there was no shame until they ate from the tree of good and evil.
