the bubble is forming in the middle of the spacer. does this mean it has a abcess ans should I worry

You need to take her to her orthodontist to have it checked out. She may have gotten food caught in it and it could cause an infection.

It sounds like an abscess caused by an infection. Call the dentist right away and in the meantime give her Tylenol or something like it for the pain.

I would call the dentist to have them check it. It could be an infection, or it could be the tooth coming in.
