Why do most Christians believe every one but them are going to hell?

So all those poor people who died in the holocaust went to hell?

According to them Hitler is a better person than a Jew, since Hitler was a good practicing catholic. The same with the SS and other bad people.

You wonder why the Muslims are mad at you now, remember the crusades?
they were minding there own business and then evil crusaders had nothing better to do but go and kill some people!

well fact= sweet little Adolph was a catholic.
fact= Crusaders killed Muslims and Jews!
fact= most Christians say that Jews Muslims and anyone else who has a different belief is going to hell!

i dont know if hitler practiced being a catholic, but he was baptized so to christians he is in heaven!

Okay not a Catholic so I don't believe that about Hitler I do however believe that those who reject Jesus will go to Hell. Apart from that do you know what the Muslims were doing right before the Crusades started, not exactly minding theireown business (again not a Catholic, and don't agree with the Crusades)
However someone who is part of any religion and does not believe it is the truth is just hypocite. The Bible tells me that Jesus is the only way, that makes it final to me, whoever that might offend.

Hitler was hardly a "good practicing Catholic"...he may have studied Catholicism and he may have even publicly claimed to be Catholic for political gain, but a "good Catholic" follows the teachings of the Pope and the Pope at the time publicly condemned Hitler for his actions.

As for the Crusades, they were blatantly "unbiblical"...the crusades were political in nature but, like many political campaigns, they required a "rallying cry" tha would garner the support of "the people". Do you honestly think that lying is something unique to politicians in our lifetime?

The bible makes it clear that we should judge the actions of others who claim to be Christians through the lens of the basic commandment of Jesus Christ. Love God AND love one another...torture, convert or die...this is NOT love. The bible also makes it clear that we should leave judgement on nonbelievers up to him! The people that led the crusades clearly forgot both these points and thus, can't possibly be held up as an example of people that were following Christ!

Ok, your logic is so full of holes, I don't even know where to begin.

First, a christian is someone who follows the example set by Jesus Christ. It was Jesus Himself who outlined who is and who is not going to heaven. It was Jesus who said, "No one comes to the Father except through me." Christians merely regurgitate what Jesus said.

Second, it is by faith and obedience to God that you are saved from hell. It always has been. This is why Abraham is in heaven, Moses is in heaven, Noah is in heaven, Paul is in heaven, Peter, etc - because they had faith and were obedient. We happen to live in a dispensation in which faith in Jesus and obedience to His commandments to love one another and to love God are what saves us. But still, it's based on faith and obedience. Was Hitler faithful and obedient? Was Hitler following the example set by Jesus? I think not, since Jesus never gassed 6 million Jews. Get a clue - Hitler was no follower of Jesus. He was not faithful and obedient. He didn't exactly love his enemies, and it seemed he didn't even fear God. Just because someone says they're christian, doesn't mean they are one. Jesus said, we know a christian by their fruits (good works, and love). Like pastor Joyce Meyer always says, sitting in church doesn't make a person a christian anymore than sitting in a garage doesn't make a person a car. It's not about going through the motions, it's about living for God in every aspect of your life.

The crusades? I wasn't there. Sorry. Should I apologize for something I didn't do? Who are you, Al Sharpton? They were catholics anyway. I'm a protestant. Besides, in the bible you will find NO standing orders to kill nonbelievers wherever you find them. But you will find such a standing order in the Quran. The muslim prophet, Muhammed beheaded 600 Jews in a single day. So I guess when a muslim kills innocent people in a suicide bombing, or beheads an innocent news reporter on film, that muslim is in fact following the example set by Muhammed, the founder of the religion of Islam. So, that muslim is actually being a true muslim.

Why all the venom for Christians? I see us working hard to try to do good (in my community at least) and then I come here and I wonder if we're not living in two different Americas.
Go to a Church, meet real Christians and then get back to me on what's going on.

Sorry please read carefully the holy Qur'an.God said in the Qur'an that the loyal followers of Moses and Jesus and they practised the life guide given by God in the pure Torakh and Bible will go to heaven after resurrection day.But its followers after the death of Moses and Jesus will go to hell because Torakh and Bible now are not genuine anymore.The religion after the death of Jesus is Islam and the holy Qur'an is the life guide given by God for all humans. if they want the happy and safety life here in this world and in the life after death.God maintains the genuity of Qur'an until at the end of this world.
Almost all humans will go to hell e.g atheists,jews and christians and also most of muslims because they do not obey the last life guidance as stated in the Qu'an.Only the small part of humans will enter the heaven. as stated by Muhammad pbuh in his hadith.

I don't know why most u are dumb, it is simple, everyone believes in God and His prophets, the judgment day, do good, and stay away from sins, will go to paradise no matter if he/she were Christian, Jewish or Muslim, it is simple like that, don't fight and arrgue about it and make it harder for your kids to understand..Jeez
