It should be ok as long as there's no moisture build up. Check the expiration before taking it. It usually tells you to discard after 14 days. Next time keep in a medicine cabinet but not inside your bathroom.

The pink liquid amoxicillin that children seem to live on is supposed to be refrigerated. The capsules are at the lower end of the recommended temperature range in the frdge. You're in good shape.

Check on the internet for amoxicillin. I would guess it's effectiveness is not adversely affected by refrigeration; most instructions that I have seen state to store at room temperature or lower and avoid sun.

Do not freez but the fridge is OK.
Keep this medication in the container it came in, tightly closed, and out of reach of children. Store the capsules and tablets at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom). Throw away any medication that is outdated or no longer needed. The liquid medication preferably should be kept in the refrigerator, but it may be stored at room temperature. Throw away any unused medication after 14 days. Do not freeze. Talk to your pharmacist about the proper disposal of your medication.

Keeping them in refrigerator won't affect the potency. In fact keeping amoxicillin in a temperature below 20 degrees celsius is more preferrable, keeping it tighly closed and away from any moisture. Freezing should be avoided though. Be sure to check the expiry date.

Nice to know someone else puts them in the refrigerator lol.. I do too. I do it to keep them away from my small children from getting into them. I asked my doctor and he said it wont hurt refrigerating them. my mom keeps them up to like 2 months

usually capsules are made of gelatin or some polymer that softens only at hot conditions. as such i dont think in cold conditions anything should happen + it is a broad spectrum antibiotic it self, so no harm.
