Regular razor (gillette) with blades that you buy. And I use satin care shave gel.
I shave both ways...first i shave up then I shave down and then up once more..just to make sure.

I would wax and then maintain it by tweezing. However, if I were to shave, I would use a razor after the following steps:
-Wash your under arms well with warm water to open the pores and clean the skin
-Use a scrub to exfoliate
-Use shaving cream and shave in both directions while you pull the skin back.
Waxing is better.

I use Nair, a hair remover cream, and I don't have a load of underarm hair. It may give people a rash if they have it on for too long (usually over 10 minutes) or just if they're skin is sensitive but this stuff is good and there's a cleaner shave. I'm happy with it! :)
