Just because someone stutters, doesn't mean they aren't educated

The Bible does not say he stuttered. He was worried about not being able to speak properly in that situation. It could have been anything.

The Bible says nothing about his problem when he confronted the Egyptian that was beating the Jew,

And it says nothing about the man making fun of his speach
when Moses confronted the men about fighting.

I rather doubt it was a speach problem and since He was raised as the Prince I assume He was well educated.

(I) think that during his years in the dessert he became a very meek and humbled man who did not feel he was worthy to speak for God.

But that is only my oppinion

My Bible footnotes say:

4:10 Moses' fourth expression of reluctance. I am slow of speech and tongue. Not in the sense of a speech impediment (see Acts 7:22 which says Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians. Not explicitly stated in the OT but to be expected if he grew up in the household of Pharaoh's daughter. Both Philo and Josephus speak of Moses' great learning.)

Back to Ex 4:10 He complained, instead, of not being eloquent or quick-witted enough to respond to the pharoah (see Ex 6:12 - I speak with faltering lips)

Exodus 4:10 Moses said to the LORD, "O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue."

11 The LORD said to him, "Who gave man his mouth? Who makes him deaf or mute? Who gives him sight or makes him blind? Is it not I, the LORD ?

12 Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say."

13 But Moses said, "O Lord, please send someone else to do it."

14 Then the LORD's anger burned against Moses and he said, "What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he can speak well. He is already on his way to meet you, and his heart will be glad when he sees you.

15 You shall speak to him and put words in his mouth; I will help both of you speak and will teach you what to do.

16 He will speak to the people for you, and it will be as if he were your mouth and as if you were God to him.

Exodus 4:10
"And Moses said unto the LORD, O my LORD, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue."
Some say this means stuttering,

That's one possibility...the Bible suggests that he didn't have confidence in his speaking ability but it isn't specific about the cause. Stuttering is one common speech impediment but there are others that could have also affected him.

Short answer...he had some sort of speech impediment.
Slightly longer answer....according to the Book of Yasher, when he was a small child, he was put to a test by Pharoah, in which he put a hot coal to his lips, which was the cause to the speech impediment.
Look up the Book of Yasher for the story, or email me and I'll send you the passage.

I don't think the Bible actually used the term "stutter" but that is how it is interpreted.

It was recorded that he was concerned about being able to speak when he talked to God about his mission in Egypt.

Yes, this is why he asked God to let Aaron speak for him.
