call the number on the ticket we cant answer this as fines vary by officer time of the day and location and the type of cop who got you. meaning city sheriff or state

I have no idea about Michigan, but in L.A. the fine is tripled if you are caught stopped in an intersection during commute hours. And in L.A. it is ALWAYS commute hours.
