A massive power source in the form of muscles enables the flies to fly. The muscles moves the wings with enough speed to generate thrust that exceeds its own weight and thus the fly flies.

The energy for this comes from the flies food, pollution exists, but is purely natural. There is no need for a pilot if the organism flies.

Now if you are implying that this can be applied to aviation, think again. The impracticabilities are too obvious!
